Terms of use

You must be at least 13 years old to use REPZ. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may use Sign in with Apple or a username and password to access your account.

REPZ is a fitness-tracking tool, not a medical device or a provider of medical or dietary advice. The content, statistics, heart-rate readings, nutrition data, calorie and macronutrient values, and AI-generated workout or nutrition suggestions in the app are for general informational and fitness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nutrition values — whether from food databases, barcode lookups, restaurant menus, community-contributed menu items, or AI photo analysis — are estimates and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Community-contributed items are provided by other users and AI-reviewed, not verified by the restaurant or by us. Calorie and macronutrient targets generated by the app are general fitness estimates. Do not rely on any of this for medical nutrition therapy, allergy decisions, or management of any health condition. Always check product packaging and restaurant allergen information directly.

Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You use REPZ and perform any exercises at your own risk. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

REPZ’s AI features — the workout generator, REPZ Coach, AI analytics and workout summaries, custom-exercise classification, and AI food recognition — use a third-party model (Google’s Gemini, via Firebase AI Logic) to produce suggestions based on the inputs you provide. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances — in particular, nutrition values estimated from a photo are approximations of portion size and content, not measurements. Review every suggestion and estimate with your own judgment and the Health & Fitness Disclaimer above before acting on it. Meal photos submitted for analysis are processed and immediately discarded, as described in our Privacy Policy.

REPZ Coach is not a coach, trainer, physician, or dietitian. It is a conversational interface to a general-purpose language model, grounded in a summary of your own logged data. It is designed to decline medical, injury-diagnosis, and supplement-dosing questions and to refer you to a qualified professional; do not rely on it for any of those regardless of what it says. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something the Coach produced.

AI features are subject to fair-use limits — currently up to 10 AI food-photo analyses per day and a daily cap on Coach conversations, resetting at your local midnight. We may adjust these limits to keep the Service reliable and will show the current limit in the app.

REPZ lets you interact with friends you have accepted: you can react to and comment on their workouts and activities, appear on a shared leaderboard, and send fixed encouragement messages. Anything you write is your responsibility.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, send, or contribute content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, unlawful, deceptive, or that promotes self-harm, disordered eating, or unsafe training or supplement practices — and not to impersonate anyone or post another person’s private information.

Tools available to you, in the app:

• Report a user from their profile, with a reason and optional details.
• Block a user, which stops them seeing your shared data, sending you requests, and reacting to or commenting on your posts.
• Delete your own comments, and any comment left on a post you own.
• Leave the social features entirely by turning off sharing or enabling Private Profile (Ghost Mode).

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them, ordinarily within 24 hours. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and eject users who violate this section, with or without notice. Reports may also be sent to [email protected].

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service, its security, or other users’ data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or impersonate any person.
• Circumvent usage limits, or create multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials or other benefits intended for new users. We may limit trial availability, or suspend accounts, where we detect this.

You retain ownership of the workout data and content you create in REPZ. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and any social features you opt into. You are responsible for the content you share.

Comments and reactions you leave on another user’s post are stored with that post and shown to the people who can see it. You grant us a license to store and display them for that purpose. They are removed when you delete your account, and the post’s owner can delete any comment on their own post at any time.

Menu items you contribute to the shared restaurant nutrition database are made available to all users. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to store, display, adapt (including AI-assisted normalization and nutrition estimation), and distribute those contributions as part of the Service. Submit only information you believe is accurate; we may edit or remove contributions at any time.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the REPZ app on Apple devices you own or control. The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, remains our property and that of our licensors.

REPZ is licensed to you through Apple’s App Store, and the following applies to that license:

• This agreement is with us, not Apple. These Terms are between you and REPZ only. Apple is not a party to them and is not responsible for REPZ or its content.
• Scope. Your license is to use REPZ on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including through Family Sharing where applicable.
• Support. We are solely responsible for support and maintenance. Apple has no obligation to provide any support for REPZ. Contact us at [email protected].
• Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If REPZ fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to REPZ.
• Claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to REPZ, including product liability, failure to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and any third-party claim that REPZ infringes intellectual property rights.
• Legal compliance.You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.

REPZ is free to download; full access requires a REPZ Pro auto-renewing subscription — currently a 14-day free trial followed by $9.99 per month (US pricing; local prices and any promotional offer are shown in the app before you buy). Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically at the same price each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. The free trial is intended to be used once per person — trial availability shown in the app may vary based on prior trial use, and actual eligibility is determined by Apple at purchase. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings or in the app under Account → Manage Subscription. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and any pricing changes will be disclosed to you as required by Apple’s App Store terms.

No refunds.To the maximum extent permitted by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods, unused time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the Service. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period — you keep access until that period ends. Because all payments are processed by Apple, we cannot issue refunds ourselves; any refund request must be submitted to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) and is granted or denied solely at Apple’s discretion under Apple’s Media Services Terms. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

REPZ relies on third-party services, including Apple, Google Firebase, and nutrition-data providers (fatsecret, USDA FoodData Central, and Open Food Facts), to operate. Food and nutrition data is provided by those sources and may contain errors. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or preserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REPZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.

You may stop using REPZ and delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and REPZ agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim, or requires a claim to be brought against you, in the courts of that country.
